Section 104.53. Producer charges

The producer charges owed the Program shall be a fee of $25 per producer plus $1.50 per acre for each acre over 10 acres in vegetable production and $1.50 per 1,000 square feet for each 1,000 square feet over 10,000 square feet in greenhouse vegetable production. Producer charges shall accrue on a growing season basis. Producer charges may be changed by subsequent amendment of the Program in accordance with the referendum procedures set forth in Chapter 103 (relating to referendums).
