Vagueness
Chapter 89 is sufficiently specific so that 75 Pa.C.S. § 1541(a) meets due process standards, and is not unconstitutionally vague. Meade v. Department of Transportation, 813 A.2d 937 (Pa. Cmwlth. 2002).
