Notes of Decisions
A history of myocardial infarction is sufficient to allow the Department of Transportation to recall and suspend the drivers Class 4 license, even though the myocardial infarction had been suffered 7 years prior to the suspension and the driver had been asymptomatic since that time. Huntsberger v. Commonwealth, 463 A.2d 1288 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1983).
