Section 4210.92. Where interim care may be provided

The Department will approve interim care placement in an appropriate licensed mental health/mental retardation establishment. Placements may be made in institutions similarly licensed by neighboring states when the placement brings services closer to the person’s home and when equally appropriate facilities are not available in this Commonwealth.
