Notes of Decisions

   Jurisdiction

   The insurance commission could not promulgate 31 Pa. Code §  115.1 in conflict with the Consumer Protection Law and a public adjustor’s business was within the Consumer Protection Law’s definition of trade and commerce, and could not be excluded therefrom. Culbreth v. Lawrence J. Miller, Inc., 477 A.2d 491 (Pa. Super. 374).
