Section 105.107. Final inspection

Within 10 days after the completion of work on a dam authorized by the Department, the permittee or owner shall schedule a final project inspection with the Department. The final inspection must include the permittee or owner, the permittee or owners supervising engineer, and the Departments field representative. Upon conclusion of this final inspection, the Departments field representative will present the permittee or owner with a list of any deficient items, if necessary. A follow-up final inspection may be required by the Department. At the discretion of the Department, the final inspection may be waived for projects authorized by Letter of Amendment or Letter of Authorization.
