Section 89.171. Filing of report

Enforcement Rule 208(c) provides that unless waived in the manner provided in § 89.181 (relating to abbreviated procedure) at the conclusion of the hearing, the hearing committee or special master shall submit a report to the Board containing the findings and recommendations of the committee or special master. Such report shall be filed with the Office of the Secretary no later than 60 days after the conclusion of the hearing and submission of briefs, if any. Failure to file a report within the time prescribed by this section shall not affect the validity of the report when filed or of the proceedings generally.
