Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and Laws not Required to be Published in the Pennsylvania Code or Pennsylvania Bulletin
Under specific language of statute governing publication of Commonwealth documents, the Drivers License Compact Law, an interstate agreement to share information among states regarding serious motor vehicle offense convictions, did not have to be published in either the Pennsylvania Code or Pennsylvania Bulletin to be effective.
