Chapter 301. Registration Requirement |
Section 301.020. Agent transfers

An agent who wishes to terminate employment with one registered broker-dealer and thereafter commence employment with another registered broker-dealer may do so without causing a suspension in the agents registration with the Commission if all of the following conditions are met:
(1) Both the terminating and employing broker-dealers are members of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
(2) The transfer is effected in accordance with the terms, conditions and execution of Item 15 of the Uniform Application for Securities Industry Registration or Transfer (Form U-4).
