INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Alleged Violation of Insurance Laws; Glenwood F. Warner, Sr.; Doc. No. SC01-08-001 [31 Pa.B. 5018] Notice is hereby given of the Order to Show Cause issued on August 14, 2001, by the Deputy Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the referenced matter. Violation of the following is alleged: sections 604 and 639 of the Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. §§ 234 and 279); and 31 Pa. Code §§ 37.46--37.48 (relating to standards for denial of certificate/license; revocation, suspension, nonrenewal of certificates and licenses; and reporting requirements).
Respondent shall file a written answer to the Order to Show Cause within 30 days of the date of issue. If Respondent files a timely answer, a formal administrative hearing shall be held in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); 31 Pa. Code Chapter 56 (relating to special rules of administrative practice and procedure) and other relevant procedural provisions of law.
Answers, motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed in writing with the Docket Clerk, Insurance Department, Administrative Hearings Office, 901 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
