Kenneth Fruehling having been Disbarred by Consent from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated October 16, 2012, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on July 24, 2013, ordering that James Kenneth Fruehling be Disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth, effective August 23, 2013. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
