[Saturday, August 10, 2013]Notice is hereby given that Gregory Nicholas Filosa, having been suspended from the practice of law in the Southern District of New York for a period of one year by Opinion and Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered February 5, 2013; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated July 24, 2013 suspending Gregory Nicholas Filosa from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of one year retroactive to March 28, 2013. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
