Westfield Insurance Company; Homeowners Insurance Rule/Rate Revision; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 3211] On May 28, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Westfield Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate level and rule change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 4.0% increase amounting to $1.016 million annually, effective October 1, 2004.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 27, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
