Stonebridge Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Long Term Care Series D425; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 3211] Stonebridge Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 35% for the Long Term Care Form D425 and the associated riders. This policy was originally issued by J C Penny Life Insurance Company. The average premium will increase from $1,747 to $2,167 and will affect 434 policyholders in this Commonwealth.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 18, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
