[Saturday, March 7, 2015]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following is the property available for sale by the Department.
Smithfield Township, Monroe County. The parcel contains 4.08 acres (177,724.8 square feet) of unimproved land situated on the east side of Seven Bridges Road (SR 209). Estimated fair market value is $175,500.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to the Department of Transportation, Engineering District 5-0, Attn: Right-of-Way, 1002 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101.
