The following is the property available for sale by the Department.
North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County. The parcel contains 0.409 acre (17,836 square feet) of unimproved land situated at the southwest quadrant of State Route 0309 and Sand Spring Road. Estimated fair market value is $15,000.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to the Depart-ment of Transportation, Engineering District 5-0, Attn: Right-of-Way, 1002 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101.
