Joint application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Franklin Water Company for approval of: (1) the transfer, by sale, of the water supply system assets of Franklin Water Company to Philadelphia Suburban Water Company; (2) the right of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company to furnish water service to the area encompassing the service territory of Franklin Water Company; (3) the abandonment by Franklin Water Company of water service to the public in a portion of Franklin Township, Chester County, PA.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 26, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
