[Saturday, December 1, 2012]Notice is hereby given that Hugh D. Jaeger having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the State of Minnesota for a minimum of 120 days by Order of the Supreme Court of Minnesota dated August 11, 2011, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated November 9, 2012, indefinitely suspending Hugh D. Jaeger from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a minimum of 120 days, effective December 9, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
