Gloeser, having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated March 7, 2012, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on November 16, 2012, suspending A. Robert W. Gloeser, a/k/a Arthur R. Gloeser from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of 3 years, effective December 16, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
