[Saturday, November 7, 2015]CPC 15.159: Mercer Tile Preservation Maintenance. This project involves the cyclical cleaning and routine maintenance of the first floor Mercer Tile areas, marble base, second floor marble floor areas, elevator terrazzo floors and metal saddles, and miscellaneous bronze items at the Main Capitol Building. Specific task sets will be scheduled on a biweekly (each 2-week period) and special tasks on a yearly basis.
A $100 deposit is required for issuance of project documents. The issue date of proposal will be on December 21, 2015. A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on January 5, 2016, at 2 p.m. in Room 630, Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg, PA.
