[Saturday, November 7, 2015]CPC 15.153: Bronze Conservation of Exterior Fixtures and Doors. This project involves the following: inspection, cleaning and conservation maintenance of bronze architectural exterior light fixtures at the center main entry to the Capitol Building; removal of and offsite refinishing and reinstallation of existing bronze rail caps; yearly maintenance cleaning of miscellaneous building accessories; rinsing of selected masonry walls, ceiling and façade areas; inspection, cleaning and conservation maintenance of the west main entry doors, north wing, center wing and south wing; vestibule enclosures of the north and south wing entry points; repair, preparation, refinishing and reinstallation of the center wing revolving door hardware.
A $100 deposit is required for issuance of project documents. The issue date of proposal will be on December 21, 2015. A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on January 5, 2016, at 10 a.m. in Room 630, Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg, PA.
