[Saturday, November 10, 2012]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following is available for sale by the Department.
Worth Township, Centre County. The parcel contains 0.62 acre (27,007.20 square feet) of unimproved land situated at 584 North High Street, Port Matilda, PA 16870. The estimated fair market value is $5,000.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Department of Transportation, Engineering District 2-0, Attn: Right-of-Way, 1924 Daisy Street Extension, Clearfield, PA 16830.
