[Saturday, November 10, 2012]Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by The United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, LA 71201.
The United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at 1675 Bucks Valley Road, Buffalo Township, Municipality of Liverpool, 2,674 square feet + adjacent to SR 1020 for the purpose of placement of an electronic digital switch and associated equipment for the upgrade of area local communications.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Michael C.
