[Saturday, November 1, 2008]Notice is hereby given that Steven Jeffrey Riggs, having been disbarred from the practice of law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit decided February 16, 2001; and having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of California by Order of the Supreme Court of California filed April 13, 2007, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on October 16, 2008, disbarring Steven Jeffrey Riggs, from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective November 15, 2008. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
