State Water Plan; Statewide Water Resources Committee; Critical Water Planning Area Subcommittee Meeting [34 Pa.B. 5989] The Critical Water Planning Area Subcommittee of the State Water Plan; Statewide Water Resources Committee has scheduled a meeting to discuss the development of criteria/guidelines for designation of Critical Water Planning Areas. The meeting will be held on November 4, 2004, at 10 a.m. at the Rachel Carson State Office Building, 10th Floor Conference Room, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
