Recycling Fund Advisory Committee Meeting Cancellation [34 Pa.B. 5989] The Recycling Fund Advisory Committee (RFAC) meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 4, 2004, has been canceled. The next meeting of the RFAC will be determined at a later date. Notice concerning the next meeting will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
