 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-12-014, Dated September 14, 2012. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Union, Pennsylvania State Store Organizing Committee. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2015.
