Westmoreland County, Wine & Spirits Store #6521 (Relocation), Murrysville, PA
Lease expiration date: November 30, 2013
Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 8,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space along US Route 22 (William Penn Highway) in Murrysville, PA. Storeroom should have access to free parking and be able to accommodate tractor trailer deliveries.
