Consumer and Small Business Solar Energy Projects; Stakeholder Meeting

   The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) will convene a meeting, on Monday, October 27, 2008, of stakeholders to discuss the creation of a loan, grant, reimbursement or rebate program for solar energy projects within this Commonwealth, under the enactment of the Alternative Energy Investment Act, act of July 9, 2008, Special Session, No. 1, P. L. ____ . The meeting will convene at 9 a.m. in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA. The input received from stakeholders at the meeting will guide the Department in establishing program guidelines for consumer and small business solar energy projects.
