hereinafter referred to as Organization.The above organization agrees to abide by the provisions of 7 Pa. Code Ch. 85, established by authority of the Act of April 4, 1929, P. L. 144, as amended, and the Act of April 9, 1929, P. L. 177, as amended.
The above organization agrees to pay the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for supervisory services in this certification program, the following fees:
