Section 471.9. Appeal

A person aggrieved by a decision of the Bureau to grant, deny or revoke a license may make an appeal under 2 Pa.C.S. § § 501508 and 701704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law) and 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to general rules of administrative procedure) in the following manner:
(1) The appeal shall be filed within 60 days of receipt of the Bureaus decision.
(2) The appeal shall be filed with the Administrative Docket Clerk, Office of Chief Counsel, 400 North Street, 9th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120-0064, with a $150 filing fee.
(3) The appeal must provide a detailed description of the decisions being appealed and the reasons for the appeal.
