The failure of an inspection station to affix an inspection sticker to a vehicle’s windshield as required under 67 Pa. Code § 175a.201(f) constitutes a faulty inspection under 67 Pa. Code § 175a.201(a) subject to a 3-month suspension of inspection privileges as provided in 67 Pa. Code § 175.221 (relating to cause for suspension). Kenworth Trucks Philadelphia, Inc. v. Department of Transportation, 425 A.2d 49 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1981).

In addition to voidance of the certificate of inspection, a ‘‘faulty inspection’’ under 67 Pa. Code § 175a.201(a) requires a 3-month suspension of inspection privileges, as provided in 67 Pa.
