Section 6.2. Notice of Program

Latest version.

The Department will mail notice of the existence of the Program to all known taxpayers that, according to the Department’s records, have eligible liabilities or that have not filed tax returns or tax reports. The notification will be mailed to each taxpayer using its last known address.
