Section 6350.14. Charges

The charges to clients and legally responsible relatives shall not exceed the verified going rate for similar services to nonhandicapped persons. In those situations in which no local prevailing fee exists, costs of such services may be negotiated between the County Mental Health/Mental Retardation (MH/MR) Program and the service provider. The difference between the actual cost and liability, if any, shall be borne by the County MH/MR Program.
