Section 6211.45. Disclosure

(a) If costs have been allocated between programs and supporting services, disclosure shall be made in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
(b) If the facility is a controlling organization, disclosure of the affiliate existence and its relationship to the established intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded shall be made, including the nature of any financial transaction between the affiliate and the facility.
