Section 5200.5. Application and review process

(a) A facility intending to provide psychiatric clinic services shall file an application for a certificate of compliance with the Department in accordance with Chapter 20 (relating to licensure or approval of facilities and agencies). Facilities shall meet both the requirements of Chapter 20 and this chapter to obtain a certificate. The Department may request the facility to provide information concerning program and fiscal operation at the Departments discretion.
