Section 4215.26. Review of the annual plan and estimate of expenditures by the Department

(a) The Department will review and approve the annual plan and estimate of expenditures against predetermined criteria.
(b) The Department will notify the county mental health/mental retardation (MH/MR) administrator of the result of the review against predetermined criteria.
