Section 4215.25. Submission of the notice of public hearing and the annual plan and estimate of expenditures to the Department

After approval by the local authorities, the county mental health/mental retardation (MH/MR) administrator and the Board shall submit to the Department the notice of public hearing and the annual plan and estimate of expenditures.
