Section 4210.11. Community mental health and mental retardation centers

For that portion of a county served by a community mental health or mental retardation center, the local authorities shall contract with them for the services specified in the act, to be made available by counties, which the center can provide. If the local authorities do not wish to contract with an existing center on the grounds that its operations are inconsistent with the county program, the annual plan must substantiate the allegations in detail.
