Section 3270.154. Facility persons with skin disorders

(a) A facility person with a discharging or infected wound, sore or lesion on the hands, arms or an exposed portion of the body shall be excluded from child care and food preparation activities until the operator receives written notification from a physician or CRNP that the person may return to child care or food preparation. The notification shall be retained in the persons file.
(b) A facility person with a herpes infection may not be present with infants younger than 3 months of age.
