Section 2430.46. Notice of award

The Office of Blindness and Visual Services (BVS) will notify the vendor or trainee, in writing, of the award and its effective date. Acceptance of the bid offer and the award of the facility constitute a legally binding contract between the vendor/trainee and BVS. A copy of the award letter is distributed to vendors/trainees who bid for the facility.
