Section 2060.9. Waiver of financial eligibility

The financial eligibility requirements found at § 2060.7 (relating to eligibilityfinancial) will be waived for refugees only for English-as-a-Second-Language if all of the following requirements are met:
(1) The refugee is employed.
(2) The refugee certifies that he will not be able to retain his job unless he receives English language training.
