Section 1145.11. Types of services covered

The MA Program covers the following chiropractors’ services as specified in § § 1145.21—1145.23 (relating to scope of benefits):
(1) Evaluation by means of examination of the patient.
(2) Treatment by means of manual manipulation of the spine to adjust misaligned or displaced vertabrae.

The provisions of this § 1145.11 adopted July 25, 1980, effective September 1, 1980, 10 Pa.B. 3105.
