Section 140.41. Educational loans, grants and work-study income

The following do not count as income:
(1) Educational assistance in the form of loans, grants and scholarships.
(2) Work-study income.

The provisions of this § 140.41 amended under sections 201(2) and 403(b) of the Public Welfare Code (62 P.
