Communication and supply costs to support the administration or provision of an HCBS are allowable costs, which include the following:
(1) Telephone—conventional and cellular.
(2) Internet connectivity.
(3) Digital imaging.
(4) Postage.
(5) Stationery.
(6) Printing.
