Section 51.102. Insurance

The cost of insurance is an allowable cost if it is limited to the minimum amount needed to cover the loss or provide for replacement value. Cost of insurance includes the following:
(1) General liability.
(2) Casualty.
(3) Property.
(4) Theft.
(5) Burglary insurance.
(6) Fidelity bonds.
(7) Rental insurance.
(8) Flood insurance, if required.
(9) Errors and omissions.
