Section 97.23. Filling of vacancies created by substitute appointments

Latest version.

Temporary vacancies created by the acceptance of substitute appointments by employes in the classified service shall be filled by substitute appointments only.

The provisions of this § 97.22 adopted October 18, 1961; amended October 15, 1964 and April 16, 1970.
