Section 97.21. Evidence of substitute appointment

Substitute appointments/promotions shall be indicated as such on the following:
(1) Request for a certification to fill a vacancy through a substitute appointment.
(2) Certification.
(3) Appointment/promotion documents.
(4) Vacancy notice.
