Section 6.21. Licensure without certification generally

(a) The Board will accept applications to grant to individuals a license without certification until December 9, 2011, subject to the provisions of this section and § § 6.22 and 6.23 (relating to licensure without certification by practical examination; and licensure without certification by experience).
(b) To qualify for a license without certification the applicant shall:
(1) Be at least 18 years old.
(2) Be of good moral character.
(3) Pay all requisite fees.
(4) Satisfy the requirements of § 6.22 or § 6.23.
(5) Be without any valid certification.
(c) A crane operators license obtained without certification will be valid only in conjunction with a current and valid photo identification issued by a governmental agency.
