Section 42.51. Purpose
-
The purpose of § § 42.5242.58 is to implement section 15(a) of the act (63 P. S. § 1515(a)), which authorizes the Board to establish additional requirements for licensure renewal to ensure continued competency to achieve the legislative purpose in section 2 of the act (63 P. S. § 1502) to ensure the highest degree of professional care and conduct on the part of occupational therapists.
